D-Day
Today is the sixty-sixth anniversary of the Allied landings on the beaches of Europe. Today, I believe God, or whomever you conceive God to be, ruled. God rocked! Satan had had his days, his years. Now the day belonged to the good.
From the very bottom of my heart, I thank all those involved. My deepest gratitude to our American heroes. All those boys who were lost this day on the Omaha and Utah beaches live on in glory. Their deaths did have meaning-they did save the world!
I will not even respond to those who protest the Holocaust was a lie-they are undeserving of mention. Let us, instead, be silent. For one moment, honor those who served, and those who gave their lives. Say a little prayer to whatever higher power in whom you believe. Pray that, one day, we will have the courage to do what needs to be done for good to triumph over evil.
